Skill requirements:
Foreign trade sales, industry experience
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in English or foreign trade and economics.
2. CET-6 or above, fluent in reading, dictation and speaking.
3. Understand and be familiar with the overall work flow of foreign trade.
4. At least two years working experience in foreign trade team.
5. Experience in the cosmetics industry, especially the export of color cosmetics products is preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Actively explore the international market, contact foreign customers, seek orders, and lead business negotiations and sign contracts.
2. Responsible for negotiation, signing, document review, order management, transportation, customs declaration, and foreign exchange collection of foreign trade orders.
3. Responsible for the assessment, tracking, management and risk control of foreign trade orders.
4. Responsible for foreign trade business process management and risk control.
5. Responsible for the production and supply of orders received, tracking of goods inspection, customs declaration and other processes, and timely handling of problems in each link.
6. Responsible for the sorting of customer information, and do a good job in timely feedback and processing of customer requirements.
7. Responsible for the proper handling of emergencies in the process of contract performance.
8. Responsible for the training and guidance of subordinate merchandisers.
